Product Description

Merritt Island isn't actually an island, it's a peninsula in Florida, and serves as the home of NASA’s Kennedy Space Centre, still a major tourist attraction, even though space shuttles are no longer being launched from here.

This menu recalls the space shuttle orbiters named in the order they were built – Enterprise, Columbia, Challenger, Discovery, Atlantis and Endeavour.

The restaurant, which is now closed, catered to tourists who came to see the rocket launches or tour the NASA space center.

SpaceX currently sends unmanned rockets bearing satellites into space from the adjacent Cape Canaveral Air Force Station.
