Product Description

This austere but striking vintage menu cover is from the Hotel Pennsylvania in New York and is dated 1934. Its Art Deco influence is in the frames, the font and the mysterious flower object as the centerpiece.
The Hotel Pennsylvania was opened in 1919 by the Pennsylvania Railroad company, which opened Penn Station across the street, and was originally run by Statler hotels. A New York landmark with 1700 bedrooms, it remains a popular place to stay in the city for tourists from all over the globe.
