Product Description

There's so much to love about this wonderful old menu from 1946. There's its sense of history and the fact that its colors are as rich today as they were when the menu was first printed. We are also amazed that a little restaurant in Albuquerque offered imported Russian caviar for a dollar. The Liberty Café was said to be one of the best places to eat on Route 66. It was opened by a Greek-American and billed itself as "A Restful Nook for Thirsty Travelers." A huge neon sign advertised its presence.
